We offer door-to-door shipping with full insurance on all orders. You may also arrange your own shipping with pickup from our partner warehouse or transit locations.

A reservation allows you to secure one or more products from a future production batch.
We receive a limited allocation of products from each production batch. By placing a reservation, you secure a spot in the selected delivery month for the chosen product, subject to availability.
A reservation is fully confirmed once payment has been received. For bank transfer payments, the reservation is confirmed once the transfer has been received and verified. Sending proof of payment may help speed up the reservation process.
The Starter Kit is included free with every oven as a gift for each customer and member of the ArtisanBaker community.
It includes:
- 1 baking tray per baking surface of the selected oven
- 1 reusable baking sheet per baking surface of the selected oven
Example: a B5 oven includes 1 tray and 1 sheet, while a B20 oven includes 3 of each.
Electrical requirements vary by model and are listed in each product description.
Most models are designed for standard home oven-type setups. Larger models may require a dedicated circuit and installation by a qualified electrician. Specifications may vary slightly depending on factory updates.
As a general guideline, installation should match a standard home oven setup.
For larger models (e.g., Rofco B40 with up to 3.5 kW consumption), we recommend installation by a qualified electrician. In most cases, a 2.5 mm cable, a dedicated circuit, and a 16–20A fuse are sufficient.
