Rofco B40 ovn

After placing the order, I received information that the oven would be delivered in mid-March. However, the shipment was delivered already in mid-February to the указан address. Unfortunately, no one was present at that time, as we were not expecting the delivery so early.
I did not receive any email notification with the exact delivery date, nor any information that the shipment would be coming from Romania. The courier tried to contact me several times by phone, but seeing an unknown international number, I did not answer the calls.
After approximately two hours, I received an SMS stating that I had a shipment from Romania. This made me even more suspicious, as I had not ordered anything from that country and was concerned it might be a scam. A few minutes later, I received a call from a Polish phone number informing me that the courier was waiting outside my house and that if no one collected the delivery, the goods would be returned to Romania.
I asked the driver to ring the intercom, but I was told that he does not speak Polish and is unable to communicate. Therefore, I asked my neighbor to let the driver onto the property. I was then informed that the courier was unable to unload the oven on his own, as it is very heavy and he did not have the appropriate equipment (such as a lift).
This raises the question of how the delivery of such a heavy item is supposed to be carried out, especially when the recipient does not have the physical ability to assist with unloading. I would not have been able to help the courier with moving the oven. Moreover, it raises concern as to how such a delivery would be handled in the case of a woman living alone or an elderly person.
In a rush, I had to arrange for assistance and provide an alternative delivery address where the shipment could be received. Ultimately, the courier had to deliver the oven to a different address.
The entire situation was very stressful and resulted from a lack of proper communication regarding the delivery date and the conditions of delivery.

I am very happy with this oven , my bread comes out perfect, I only wish it would have 3 little windows instead of one, but overall I am very pleased with my purchase. I have purchased the Rofco b40 oven in Nov and I was absolutely thrilled on the quality of baking results.
Now my regular oven at home is taking the well earned right for a long break.
