I just got my rofco 20 , yesterday I was baking for the first time I have to learn how to use it but I am delighted with it. Customer service it’s amazing especially Sebastian , he was always answering my questions very quickly and in professional way.
After 3 years of baking sourdough bread, I purchased the Rofco B20. What a gamechanger. I was already quite happy with my bread, but this really took it to the next level and makes baking even more fun.
Besides that, Sebastian from ArtisanBaker communicated very clearly and swiftly on any questions I had. Great service!
Es hat alles gut geklappt
After the first baking I'm sure that this oven will serve me well. I'm usually terrible with a new oven as I don't know the ups and downs, but Rofco B20 was immediately just perfect.
