Designed for small households, this compact oven bakes up to 2 × 850 g loaves or 3 × 600 g loaves at the same time. A steam vent helps create crisp crusts, while the compact design makes it suitable for smaller baked goods such as sandwiches, pistolets, and bread rolls.

I love this little oven! Before Rofco B5 I used to bake sourdough bread in an iron cast pot, which is actually a very good option for sourdough baking. But the Rofco B5 turned out to be a better option ☺️.
